Unity Works is dedicated to supporting people with a learning disability to gain skills, achieve qualifications and secure jobs. The organisation offers a holistic blended service of training, employment, health and wellbeing support.

I am responsible for developing and delivering high-quality workshop-style courses, progression monitoring and final reporting, as well as working with other professionals to identify key pathways at the end of courses.

• Travel training to develop confidence living in the community

• Psychoeducation style courses on Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, Mental and Physical Health

• Digital Skills and Social Media Awareness

• Understanding Relationships

• Money management and budgeting

• Employability skills, including CV, job searching and interviews
